Music and Body Movement

The purpose of this activity is for the child to acquire basic musical knowledge, learn how to listen to music and identify different sounds, develop a sense of movement and rhythm, and become familiar with various musical instruments.

Physical Education and Recreation

Through physical education and play time, children participate in free and directed activities which help them learn more about their own bodies, develop gross motor skills, and learn to listen to and follow instructions. They also acquire spatial orientation skills.

Computer

Pre-School has a laboratory where each child uses a computer and learns to operate simple programs.

Art

In this activity children are exposed to a variety of materials and techniques on how to use colors, forms, textures, spatial dimension, and aesthetics to encourage creative interpretations.

Cooking Classes

Through this activity children experiment with different combinations of how food is prepared and served. They also compare textures and food groups, follow recipes and enjoy eating what they have cooked or baked.
