Complete the online application forms. For your application to be reviewed, it must include all required documents. 

Note: 

• Good behavior is essential to support learning outcomes. Please do not begin the admission process if your child’s behavior is below expectations (for example, a grade of C or lower / unsatisfactory).

• We strive to meet a wide range of learning support needs. Numerous kinds of learning support services are available but these resources are limited. Admissible applicants may be placed in a learning support waitpool if/ when the applicant’s grade level learning support program is at full capacity. If your child currently receives or may require additional support, please contact our admissions team before applying to ensure we can support your child.

All applicants are screened in advance to determine whether assessments are required. The school will contact you regarding the next steps. Please upload all the required information below.

A. Nursery / Multi-age, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten

• Applicant video (follow the instructions provided below).*

• Copy of birth certificate.

• Report cards from the last two years (in ascending order), if applicable.

• Parent questionnaire.

For the Nursery / Multi-Age, Pre-Kinder, and Kinder video, please follow the instructions below:

• The maximum video size must be 400 megabytes (MB).

B. Grades 1–12

• Copy of birth certificate.

• Report cards from the last three years (in ascending order).

• Parent questionnaire.

• Student questionnaire (for applications from 6th grade and above).

• Current NWEA MAP assessment or other standardized evaluations, if applicable.

Applications are reviewed for the final admissions decisions after all required documents are submitted and the assessment and interviews are completed if needed. The Admissions Review Committee: Principals, Counselors,  School Psychologist, and/or Speech Pathologist make the final admissions decision.

A. Acceptance

If an applicant is qualified and there is space available, an acceptance is communicated by the Admission Office. 

B. Waitpool

Qualified applicants are placed in the waitpool if there is no space available in the selected grade level.

C. Denial

Applicants can be denied admissions based on their academic/and or behavioral records and because their assessments do not meet grade-level requirements.

Students who have been accepted will need to complete the enrollment process, submit all original report cards from the Ministry of Education (if you are applying from Ecuador), submit health forms, and complete payment by the enrollment deadline so that your child can start on the first day of school.
