Note: 

• Good behavior is very important to be able to support the learning outcomes of each student,  please do not start the admission process if your child's behavior is below expectations. (If your child has a grade C or lower/ unsatisfactory level on their most certain and previous report cards). 

• We strive to meet a wide range of learning support needs. Numerous kinds of learning support services are available but these resources are limited. Admissible applicants may be placed in a learning support waitpool if/ when the applicant’s grade level learning support program is at full capacity. If your child currently receives or may require additional support, please contact our admissions team before applying to ensure we can support your child.

All applicants are prescreened to determine if assessments are needed. The school will get in contact with you for the next steps. Upload all the required information below.

A. Nursery / Multi-age, Pre-kinder, Kinder

• Applicant Video (Follow instructions below)*
• Copy of Birth Certificate.
• Report cards of the last two years are required (Ascending in order) if applicable. 
• Parent Questionnaire.

B. Grades 1 - 12

• Copy of Birth Certificate.
• Report cards for the last three years are required (Ascending in order).
• Parent Questionnaire.
• Student Questionnaire (For applying grades 6 - 12)
• Current NWEA MAP assessment or other standardized assessments, if applicable.

Applications are reviewed for the final admissions decisions after all required documents are submitted and the assessment and interviews are completed if needed. The Admissions Review Committee: Principals, Counselors,  School Psychologist, and/or Speech Pathologist make the final admissions decision.

A. Acceptance

If an applicant is qualified and there is space available, an acceptance is communicated by the Admission Office. 

B. Waitpool

Qualified applicants are placed in the waitpool if there is no space available in the selected grade level.

C. Denial

Applicants can be denied admissions based on their academic/and or behavioral records and because their assessments do not meet grade-level requirements.

Students who have been accepted will need to complete the enrollment process, submit all the original report cards from the Ministry of Education (If you are applying from Ecuador ), submit the health forms, and complete the payment before the tuition deadline, so your child could start on the first day of school.
