All applicants are prescreened to determine if assessments are needed. The school will contact you regarding the next steps. Make sure and upload all the required information below.

A. Early Years (Nursery / Multi-age, Pre-kinder, Kinder)

• Applicant Video just for Nursery (Follow instructions below)*
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Report cards of the last two years are required (Ascending in order) if applicable
• Parent Questionnaire

B. Grades 1 - 12

• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Report cards for the last three years are required (Ascending in order)
• Parent Questionnaire
• Student Questionnaire (For applying grades 5 - 12)
• Current NWEA MAP assessment or other standardized assessments, if applicable

Applications are reviewed for the final admissions decisions after all required documents are submitted and the assessment and interviews are completed if needed. The Admissions Review Committee: Principals, Counselors, and/or Speech Pathologist make the final admissions decision.

A. Acceptance

If an applicant is qualified and there is space available, an acceptance is communicated through the Admission Office. 

B. Wait Pool

Qualified applicants are placed in the wait pool if there is no space available in the selected grade level.

C. Denial

Applicants can be denied admissions based on their academic/and or behavioral records and because their assessments do not meet grade-level requirements.

Students who have been accepted will need to complete the enrollment process, submit all the original report cards from the Ministry of Education (If you are applying from Ecuador ), submit the health forms, and complete the payment before the tuition deadline, so your child could start on the first day of school. If you are outside of Ecuador all report cards need to be official and apostille before coming to the country.
