Parents need to begin the registration for Nursery / Multi-age (3 & 4-year-olds), Pre-kinder, and Kinder starting when the application process opens. However, we offer a rolling admissions process and offer seats until a grade level is at capacity.  Due to limited space in most grade levels, we invite all families to apply and complete the application as soon as possible.

Please note that children who enter school for the Nursery / Multi-age program must be 3 years old by the cut-off date of September 30th. Children who were born between the months of October and December must wait a year to apply when the application process opens.

Our academic year begins in early September and ends in late June. 

To be admitted to the Nursery or the Multiage Program, children must be three (3) years old by September 30th. Parents must enroll the student according to the established schedule and follow the school admission process.

The International Section has a ratio of (7 students to 1 teacher) and the National Section has a ratio of (10 students to 1 teacher).

When the school extends an offer of admission, the following two payments must be submitted by credit card or bank transfer:

1) Deposit (non-refundable amount)
2) Registration payment

If the family accepts the space, this value will be deducted from the first tuition fee. In addition, the monthly tuition, transportation, and insurance costs must be made in August by the established deadlines for your child to start school.

Once the application is submitted and the checklist is complete, the admissions team reviews the application and the uploaded documentation to determine if the applicant is ready for an evaluation. Subsequently, parents and students who are applying between grades 1 to 12, will proceed to schedule the respective interviews with a member of the Admissions Review Committee. Admission decisions are made as soon as evaluations and interviews are completed.

For Early Years (Nursery, Multi-Age, Pre-kinder & Kinder) applicants, admission decisions are made after a review of submitted documentation and video is completed, if necessary, an on-campus evaluation by an outside counselor or psychologist is completed and a Parent interview is completed.

The National Section offers a bilingual education of 50% in Spanish and 50% in English. This section has approximately 150 students per grade level and currently, in Nursery, there are 10 classes with 15 students per class/parallel with two teachers, one head, and one assistant, in preschool there are 6 classes/parallels with two head teachers, and the number of classes is maintained until 6th grade. In secondary, the number of classes is reduced to 5 parallels per level.

The International Section offers an English immersion program of 85% in English and 15% in Spanish (Physical Education, Music, and subjects required by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador). This section maintains a Multi-age (3 & 4-year-olds), pre-kinder, and kinder program with two classes per level, with a maximum of 12 students in each of them, from 1st grade onwards this number of students increases to 18 per class.

We are recognized and accredited by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador, a member of the IB World, and accredited by Cognia (an international agency).

The students who graduate from our school obtain the Bachelor's Diploma granted by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador and the Diploma of the United States, accredited by the international accrediting agency, Cognia. Additionally, our students may register at Grade 11 for the International Baccalaureate Programme and receive the IB Diploma, when they successfully meet the requirements.

We have a highly qualified and extensive support team that includes counselors, learning support specialists, and a speech therapist who supports our students. To further support academics, we offer the support of ELL teachers, an IB curriculum coordinator, three intervention teachers, and two college counselors. With this extensive support team, we get to know each of our students and families, to ensure that student needs are thoroughly analyzed and a clear and timely learning path is created.
