Students, Teaching or Administrative staff, who need to enter the School outside normal school hours and working hours, may do so only with the knowledge and authorization of a director of their academic section. This academic section must inform the Department of Security.
In the same way, if students need to leave the school during regular school hours, their parents or representatives must follow the procedure established by their section to obtain authorization to leave. This permit will be presented to security personnel in order to allow them to leave.
The School has strict control of who enters the premises of the institution with the sole interest of safeguarding the safety of our students. For this reason, all the teaching, administrative and service staff of the School must carry their ID card daily and in a visible place. Parents, as well as guests, special visitors or suppliers, must submit their identity card to receive a visitor card according to the section to be visited, which will be redeemed upon departure.
It is school policy to plan and coordinate with external suppliers the provision of an efficient, adequate, responsible and, above all, safe school transport service, so that students in each of the following sections: Nursery, Preschool, Primary and High School can be transported independently at regular school hours, as well as during extracurricular activities, field trips, social work projects and sports, among others.
The units work under a service contract, must undergo a technical vehicle inspection required by the City of Quito, and two annual mechanical inspections (before the beginning of the school year and during semester breaks) required by the school in an authorized mechanic shop, as well as permanent random checks performed by the Department of Safety and Transportation.
Provides medical and emergency care to students of the school, its staff, members of the educational community, contractors and other visitors within its facilities; Ensuring accessibility, opportunity, effectiveness and optimizing the human and material resources available in coordination and integration with the emergency network of the institution.
