The American School of Quito is committed to helping students and their families apply to universities around the world. Counselors assist students and parents in identifying excellent college options and applying for admission. For some students location or majors are important, for others, the cost may be a concern. We will help families identify colleges where students can be happy and successful, and help them submit the most complete and effective applications possible.
We encourage parents and students to meet with us as much as possible to meet their individual needs. Our college counselors are very well connected to the world of college admissions through their relationships with admissions officers, leadership positions and involvement in professional organizations, and years of experience in the field. Our goal is to help identify and maximize your chances of admission to various schools that fit the student. Our counselors begin working with students as early as 9th grade, and this process continues through the 12th grade.
