Music

Students experience a holistic hands-on approach to develop a deeper appreciation of the art form. They also learn the new aspects of virtual music-making, participate actively in music production skills, and compose music in context, while also providing instruments and materials.

  • General Music (Nursery to 6th grade)
  • Instrumental and vocal electives (7th to 9th grade): String Orchestra, Ensemble, Choir, Band, Guitar, Percussion
  • Pre IB & IB DP Music (10th and 12th grade)

Visual Arts

Self-expression, media literacy, and communication are at the core of our approach to art education. We provide a comprehensive study of art history, aesthetic discussion, and painting on different mediums. Our curriculum also includes experimental printmaking and object intervention, visual storytelling, and concept art for comic books and animation. We encourage contemporary art production through appropriation, while also promoting the creation of art pieces that revolve around intersectional identity and respond to current global issues. Students have the opportunity to explore photography, filmmaking and editing, and to develop their artist statement, curatorial process, and exhibition-building skills.

Drama

The drama program aims to teach students about the importance of arts in human expression and to develop their self-confidence and communication skills. The program builds resilience and adaptability, as well as a sense of community among students. Through various theater games and warm-up activities, students learn to use their voice, body, and emotions as tools for acting. By the end of the program, students will have gained a greater appreciation for the arts and a better understanding of themselves and their ability to communicate effectively with others.

Creative Arts and Innovation Center

We are proud to introduce the Creative Arts and Innovation Center that offers students access to state-of-the-art technology and equipment. The center features music recording and production facilities, as well as photography and editing tools, allowing students to explore their creativity in a variety of media. With virtual reality technology, students can immerse themselves in new and exciting experiences, expanding their horizons and developing their creativity while gaining valuable technical skills that will prepare them for success in a rapidly changing world.
